The Personal Touch Wedding

I found my experience to be very disappointing with Stephanie Huntley at Personal Touch Wedding...there was nothing "Personal" about their service. I had submit personal references before I could get an original estimate back. In her response this is what she emailed me: "...Lastly, if contacting you via email is our only form of communication, I will have to respectfully request that you contact another planner. But because I have noticed your reply came from an android phone, it seems that you do have a phone number....In am interested in helping serious clients. If you are not seriously seeking my help, I ask that you cease and desist. Otherwise I Will be turning your IP address over to authorities" This is my first wedding and would certainly never, ever recommend that someone with this type rudeness and disrespect help anyone plan their special day! I have contacted other wedding planners who were more than accommodating to provide the information I needed to make the appropriate decisions, and will be taking me and my wedding budget to someone who wants to help create my special day.
