Double Take Photography

Double Take Photography recently did my winter wedding photography and I am beyond delighted with Jean's work. I was very impressed with her ability to work with all tricky situations which came with a winter wedding-bright snowy backgrounds, sunsets, reflecting water, dark indoors, bright indoor dance floor lights, etc.. Jean was there for every memorable experience and caught it all on camera. She did a great job capturing the formal photos in an elegant manor while also capturing amazing candid moments. Jean went out of her way to make sure she captured all the joys of my wedding. I would highly recommend Double Take Photography :)

Jean is amazing! After having having a bad experience with a previous photographer, we switched to Jean. We shot new engagement pictures with her and we were blown away with how much better they were. She has a very warm and inviting personality that makes anyone feel at ease. The pictures from our wedding turned out beautiful, we got absolutely everything we wanted and more. She was easy to contact and very quick to respond with anything regarding our wedding. When my husband and I got engaged, we agreed that one thing we would be picky on was our wedding photos. We searched all over, and decided that Jean with Double Take Photography would fit our needs best. We LOVED her right away, and she made us feel very comfortable. She gave us an affordable package and we were very pleased with our photos! During our wedding, she was invisible. We never noticed her taking photos, but she didn't miss one detail from our wedding! Jean was everything we were looking for in a wedding photographer multiplied by 100. All you have to do is to see her photos to know that she's undeniably talented. Her pictures are gorgeous and she captures all of the priceless, incredible moments that you promise yourself you'll never forget--and some that you were too happy to notice happening. What isn't as obvious by just looking at her photos is what a wonderful, beautiful person she is. She's kind and thoughtful and by the end of the day you'll end up feeling like she's part of the family. I located Jean online purely by chance when our original wedding photographer didn't work out. After leaving a message, she called me back within about 30 minutes and my fiance' (now wife) met with her a few days later. Jean's enthusiasm for her craft and vivid, breathtaking photos were more than enough to convince me we'd found the right person to capture our special day. We hit the jackpot! She spent the entire evening with us and managed to not only protray our wedding in the most beautiful way, but also somehow captured the spirit of love and excitement that was in the air. To this day I remain amazed at her talent and ability to make images JUMP off the page! We simply could not have been happier with her service and end product. These photos are truly works of art!
